We have multispeciality coding (E&M, urgent care, SDS, ancillary coding, etc.), so as per process requirement, we will train you on that specific medical coding speciality.

We currently operate in the Indian day shift. However, based on project/process requirements, one must be prepared to work flexibly, including night shifts or second shifts as needed.

It totally depends on work requirement. We provide incentive whoever works on weekend.

We give a month training once JMC is hired and then slowly start the ramp in that specific process.

The organization doesn't bear the certification renewal expense until an employee completes 11 months of employment within the organization, after which he/she can apply for the same.
