There is no requirement to work on weekends; however, if the project’s needs arise, weekend work may be necessary.

The hiring process includes an initial interview with the recruiter where the recruiter thoroughly screens the candidate based on the JD and shortlist the candidates to the final round of interview. Shortlisted candidates to visit the office to undergo a domain-related assessment. Upon successfully clearing the assessment, the same day, a final interview will be conducted with the senior management team. An offer letter will be released to the selected candidates by the recruitment team.

Your performance will be assessed based on how well you learn and apply new skills, your attention to detail, and your communication with Insurance reps, and the team members. Regular feedback sessions will be provided to you on your performance with matrix and on your strengths and areas for improvement in our monthly appraisal report by your reporting manager.
